Your graphic and messaging can be printed on either 13 oz vinyl or 9 oz polyester fabric. Premium and deluxe versions include an adjustable pole, allowing you to adjust the size of your display, while standard versions come with a non-adjustable pole. You can also enhance your display with optional LED display lights. How to Care for Your Retractable Banners
With proper setup and takedown, your retractable banner will need minimal maintenance. Simply retract the banner into the metal base when not in use to protect the fabric or vinyl. Store the stand, pole, and light in the padded carrying case to prevent damage. For any stains, gently wipe the banner with a wet cloth (vinyl and fabric). In rare cases, fabric banners may require cleaning.
When setting up or taking down your retractable banner, always handle with care. Slowly remove and replace the graphic to ensure it remains centered on the base. Avoid allowing the graphic to retract quickly or snap back, as this can cause permanent damage to the banner or base. Secure the pole carefully to both the top and base of the graphic. Mishandling the pole can lead to irreversible damage, rendering the banner unusable.
